Ahead of Thanksgiving we wanted to share some of our favorite recipes.  Sweet Potato with Honey and Cinnamon   Ingredients: 4 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling potatoes after cooked 1/4 cup honey 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon Salt and freshly ground black pepper Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Pan Roasted Broccoli, Green Beans, and Tomatoes

Ingredients: 2 cups broccoli florets Handful of green beans, trimmed 2 halved tomatoes 2-3 tbsp olive oil, to taste Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste Crushed red pepper, to taste 1 clove of garlic, thinly sliced Cheese, freshly grated (optional) Directions: 1.
