Healthy Family Farm Box
Our generously portioned Healthy Family Farm Box contains 12-15 types of in-season fruit and vegetables (approx. 20-24 individual daily servings recommended by USDA), fresh herbs, your choice of protein and a loaf of freshly baked bread from D'Amato's bakery. Fresh fruit and vegetables are the foundation of a healthy diet. We believe that locally sourced, U.S. grown in-season fruit and vegetables are the most nutritious and flavorful. A healthy diet also includes a variety of proteins. That's why we picked the freshest seasonal produce for our Healthy Family Farm Box.
Products and their quantities may vary each week (plus we try to add extras if we have excess produce). Currently, here is what may be included (July thru August)*:
Vegetables: Asparagus (one large bunch ≈ 3 1/2 cups), Broccoli (one large bunch ≈ 5 cups), Carrots (one large bunch ≈ 4 1/2 cups), Celery (one bunch ≈ 4.5 cups), Corn (5 ears), Cucumbers (1 lb ≈ 4 cups), Garlic (one head ≈ 10-12 tsp), Green Beans (1 lb ≈ 4 cups), Pea Pods (1/2 lb ≈ 2 cups), Portobello Mushrooms (1 lb ≈ 3 cups), Peppers (1 lb ≈ 2 cups), Idaho or Sweet Potatoes (3 lbs ≈ 6 cups), Radishes (one large bunch ≈ 1 1/2 cup), Seasonal greens (arugula, lettuce, kale, spinach or Swiss chard ≈ 6-8 cups), Scallions (one bunch), Ripe Vine Tomatoes (one stack ≈ 3 1/2), Yellow Zucchini Squash (2 lbs ≈ 4 cups).
Fresh herbs: Dill, basil, parsley, rosemary or cilantro).
Fruits: Strawberries (one punnet ≈ 3 cups).

Our contactless deliveries take place weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Free delivery within 30 miles from our Wrigleyville location.
