Preparation & Cooking
Preheat a large skillet with 2 Tbsp olive oil or butter over medium heat. Put tuna steak on a plate and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add other herbs and spices (optional). Place into the hot skillet for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
